This is a special dinner for 4 guests created by owner/chef Matt White just for our auction. Many of these items are off-menu creations. Dinner includes 2 beers of choice per person.
1st Course - Charcuterie including: Cajun Ham, Andouille, Jarlsburgh Cheese, White Cheddar, Cranberry Relish, Olives, Tostini and Mustard.
2nd Course - Smoked French Onion Soup.
3rd Course - Dinner...Smoked Beef Ribs, Candied Bacon Burnt Ends Mac & Cheese, Smoked Turkey and Andouille Collard, Mustard, Turnip Greens and Sourdough Bread.
4th Course - Dessert Trio...Tiramisu, Key Lime Tart, Salted Caramel Brownie
